1. Scene 1 - With no regret, Capulet commanded Juliet to marry Paris or else, he shall disown her. Having her heart filled with sorrow, she runs to Friar Lawrence for advice. On her way, she meets up with Paris, and he speaks to her as if she was already his wife. Paris takes his leave as Juliet comes in Friar Lawrence's den to speak in private with the friar. Friar Lawrence hands Juliet a potion that would help her fake her death to not marry Paris and be revived in 48 hours. Upon receiving the potion, Juliet takes her leave and makes sure that she would do everything the friar told her to do - to drink the potion on the night before the wedding, to make sure she sleeps alone, and to not worry.
3. Within the potion, does there lay a power that shall bring the star-crossed lovers together once again, or is there a poison which shall forever tear this couple apart? Does Friar Lawrence plan to help them or just end their lives by killing an easy prey? What lies are there that are covered by what it takes to join? Will the meet, or will Juliet die before what plans the Friar supposedly set up take place? Will the wedding time change affect the Friar's timing?
5. Before the marriage even took place, Paris already announced to the world that Juliet is his wife by referring to her as wife. because of that, it shows that he has yet to discover what Juliet has been sad about, but he does not really care. His wedding is tomorrow, and the only thing that's on his mind is Juliet. Nothing else matters but his wife.

I think the Friars true plan is to get Juliet,and possibly Romeo, killed one way or another. He is worried about himself, he is beginnig to feel guilty for marrying them in the first place. Now he must get rid of them so he won't have to marry Juliet and Paris or be dishonored.
Also your very right about Paris, he doesn't seem to care to much that Juliets depressed or about the fact that she doesn't want to marry him. Hes just so excited he's going to have a wife lolz!
